This morning, for breakfast, I am having a combination of a handful of trail mix, a scant handful each of honey nut oh's and cocoa rice krispies, and a smattering of fruit whirls. The trail mix itself is comprised of several different trail mixes, mixed together, but, all in the dried fruit/nut sweetish range. Also, had a generous slug of vanilla almond milk.
No, not a cup, not a glass. A slug, drank straight from the carton. I'm a brute!
For dinner, I think I will go to the grocery store, get some mushrooms and maybe some peppers, add them to the dinner I had last night and, probably, share it with my sister.
Last night, I kind of enjoyed that meal, but, it really did not have enough vegetables involved in its creation.
The kitty ate the rest of the salmon, so I won't be having any of that. Which means, in case I didn't tell you, that I found my can opener.
Right now, he is laying across the ottoman where my feet would like to be. They were there, before his arrival, but, he attacked my toes, and, then, a wee while later, tried to capture my lower leg. So, now, my feet are on the floor and he owns the ottoman. Vicious kitty!
It is now, technically, tomorrow, but, I am still dwelling in tonight. For dinner, I took the noodles and meat, added some lovely large white mushrooms, zucchini, green pepper, roma tomatoes, and some roasted garlic cloves sauteed in a (very) little olive oil and we had that for dinner.
The roasted garlic was one of my splurges, today, in grocery shopping. I also got a package of the lemon sandwich cookies and a package of ginger cookies with lemon creme filling. I was not going to open them up, yet, but, my sister asked for some, so we both had one of each plus a fig bar.
Have not finished the second bottle of acv water, as I had a Diet Coke that I took with me to my sister's place.
Speaking of which, I looked at Fry's for more apple cider vinegar and all they had was the uber filtered crap. Last month, they had several different brands, including the one I bought. So, I don't know what's up with that. I hope I can find more, at a regular sort of grocery store. Or, maybe I am misremembering where I saw it?
