Oatmeal .. mmm ...

For once in my life I made something around a real recommended serving of oatmeal for myself, rather than a giant scary bowl of it. Made it with coconut milk, added in some craisins, a handful of nuts and seeds, a little sugar, a little cinnamon and a little ginger. Later on, I had a corndog.

Note to self: I am a person who feels the need for protein in the morning, most mornings, and eggs do not count as protein. Not unless they have sausage or ham in them, anyway.

The acv wate is 4 tbsp strong and tasting alcoholic and blecchy, as a result; but, I think I'm getting used to it.
