Things to keep in mind, when viewing this;
1) Check the height. I got shorter. Hmm ... Why? There's been a nasty cold going around, that I've been fighting off, plus there was a lot of dust in the air and I am allergic to dust. I was feeling more stressed out, my back was more swayed, and so, even though I was trying harder to stand straighter, I just couldn't do it. That affects the BMI. Which is why I decided that I better start including my height as a measurement.
2) I accidentally put my age in wrong, the first time. I was fairly new to being 43 and had put 42. This probably didn't affect anything, being such a small difference, but, I wanted to make a point of clarifying that, in case anyone thinks I'm trying to skew the numbers in some odd fashion. I'm not. Wouldn't know how to. Just put in the number I had spent a year training myself to remember to input.
3)My lower abdomen and waistline were busy being distended, as I was taking their measurement; partly from the general swelling as it was occurring due to the dust in the air, and, partly, because of all the garlic I had last night.

Still, even being swollen, without making any special efforts, except the acv and then the oil pulling, but, being mostly lazy and mostly eating whatever I felt like, I still managed to lose at least 1" around most of my body and 2.7 lbs in two weeks.

Hmm! Wonder what I can do if I start trying? ...

PS: For the record, when I measured my waistline the other day, which I mentioned having done, the measurement I got was less than it was today. Still, today is the day I measured, officially, and it is the day that stands as the record.
