I wrote a poem, long ago, called Lunchtime Giggles. It is proof that there were good times during that relationship that never should have happened.
For lunch, today, I am having a turkey sandwich, comprised of my whole grain bread - yes, I still have some, but, I am almost out - and mayo, 4 thin slices of turkey lunch meat, 1 roma tomato, 1 orange sweet pepper of the smallish and elongated variety, spinach leaves and horseradish. Alongside, there are mini peeled carrots and celery.
A little bit ago, I had an apple and a few guacochips. Not many. And, sometime after breakfast, I had two corn dogs with some Southwest mustard and regular mustard and ketchup, combined.
Yes, I realize that sounds like rather a lot, but, then, I was up early and I will probably only have snacks, if anything, later on.
What's not good is that I did not drink much of my acv water, yet, today. I will get right on that, though!
