Hot Italians

For dinner tonight, I have combined two fairly large links of hot Italian sausage, split in two, with the rest of the zucchini and mushrooms and roma tomatoes, some black olives, some frozen chopped spinach, roasted garlic cloves, a few spinach noodles, one chopped green bell pepper and some canned premade sauce, plus a splash of apple cider vinegar and a splash of lime juice.

I used two sausages because 1) Putting just the one away would have been terribly inconvenient  2) My son is supposed to be coming home and he may want dinner  3) If there are leftovers, it will be fabulous tomorrow, with maybe a few more noodles added.

Have not eaten this yet. I did eat two more corn dogs for lunch. Wasn't the best choice, but, it was a choice and it's already done and over with.

Feeling headachy, right now, in that certain special "die off" kind of way. Though, it might also be a cold or flu affecting me. Guess I'll find out when I find out.
