For breakfast, this morning, I had dried cereal, a little mixed nuts, seeds and dried fruit, and an apple. 4 wee baby clementines and some saltines are on standby. 4 tbsp for my acv water.
Last night, for dinner, I made a very healthy soup, using the wee bit of leftover chicken (I gave some to my sister and my son ate some), rice and veggies from the day before, two cans of chicken and stars soup, a bunch of coconut milk, a can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos, most of a package of frozen broccoli, some chicken bouillon cubes, apple cider vinegar, the juice of half a lemon, the rest of my fresh spinach, some chopped up sweet peppers, half of a white onion, all chopped up, some green onion, cumin, the roasted garlic, garlic powder, cayenne pepper. There may have been other things, beside also water, but, I don't remember for sure. It was odd tasting, but, spicy and good. And, right at the end, I threw in a package of beef ramen noodles, sprinkling in the nasty spice package. It was such a a large batch of soup, though, that it would not affect things very greatly.
I fished the noodles out, ladled broth and vegetable bits upon them, and had those for dinner. The rest, I put in plastic storage containers and froze for later uses.
Also chopped up a few of the orange sweet peppers and froze them in a pie pan, so that they could freeze separated, and then put them in a plastic sandwich bag and stuck them in the freezer.
