So, that's just a smidge under 3 lbs less, total, but, just a (slightly larger) smidge over 3 lb fat loss.

I knew I had to have lost weight, but, I had no idea how much. This is good. Not jump up and down terrific, but, perfectly reasonable for two weeks

Couldn't weigh today

It's driving me nuts, because I really do feel like I lost some fat on me, but, I can't do the measurements on the GNC scale to find out, because the feed, as in the bit that takes the dollar bill in, is broken.

I was told there is another such machine at the mall where we usually go see a movie, but, my sister would not drive there, even though we were out and about - not even after swimming.

Maybe tomorrow it will be fixed. Doubt it, but, one never knows.

Anyway, I have been swimming the last two days, and I am definitely sore and feel like I am building some muscle, improving my range of motion a bit, and maybe even improving my posture. Plus, of course, it's fun!

Mostly we go around this little jogging track, but, sometimes swim a few laps and mostly just try to keep moving and having fun

I've been both sick and ...

.. dealing with mice. The mice are over-running the place. So tired of mice!
Got a few traps, but, I cannot afford nearly enough of them. Am now trying peanut butter mixed with Boraxo. I think I may have gotten the dosage too strong, but, it is hard to tell, because a cat came in and scared the mice away, last night.

Weird, but, true. No idea how or when it got in, either.

Been swimming a few times, recently, and some of that swimming is just walking or running along a little curvy track they have in the pool, where sometimes there is a current to walk against. It's fun! Also, they have some foam weights in the pool. Not enough resistance to count as real weight-lifting. Well, not for me; but, it is something. Since I don't have a stereo and am not dancing, I do need something!

Went on two walks, yesterday. However, they both were short and there was fast food in the middle.

Anyway, I am feeling a bit more toned from the swimming. It's nice.

Did go swimming, yesterday, with my sister and got quite a good workout.

Another time of me losing actual weight, but, apparently gaining fat. I think it really is all about the bloat, as I have been extremely bloated. But, I also have not gotten in as much exercise because I've been so tired.

Only, tonight, while my sister was driving my son  to the store, I did 50 step-ups on the porch (left foot up, right foot up, left foot down, right foot down counts as one) leading with the left foot and then 50 leading with the right foot. I found that switching legs was important, as when I led with the left foot, it gave more of a workout to my right calf muscle and to my left thigh, and vice versa.

Regardless of whether it is just bloat or whether I really have lost muscle mass, I am going to nip this trend in the bud.

Also, it is time to really start with at least 30 minutes of exercise per day and doing the alternate day eating plan. More on that tomorrow!

Not likely to be weighing this week

Which is probably just as well, as my stereo died and I've been feeling ill, so I have not been getting in even as much exercise as I had been doing.

But, this is the week that I am going to start, again, with the apple cider vinegar water, and lots of veggies, and the oils. Also, i shall start walking. They will be very short walks, to start, but, three of them a day. That'll help get me more Vitamin D, burn calories, and be entertained.

I wrote so much else, here, a wee bit ago. Unfortunately, the computer froze up and I lost it all, and I no longer have the energy to write it. So, suffice it to say, that  blah blah blah, I have a plan, spices ahoy!, move for 30 minutes a day, and maybe I'll try again, later!

Helpful Veban recipes

I am not at the point where I can say I am, or will be, vegan; but, as I have said before, I do intend to mostly eat vegetables, grains and fruits. After having heard Bob (from the Biggest Loser) explain the vegan lifestyle, I am finding myself more interested in it.

Plus, after having read the recipe for Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, which I believe is the very same one Tommy Lee twitted that he was going to be making one day, I am even more intrigued.

No, not because it was Tommy Lee, regardless of how name-dropping this post is starting to sound. I read the recipe because I was wondering how it could be vegan and, yet, have cream cheese frosting.  It can because it doesn't. They just call it that, because, that is what it looks like; and, presumably, tastes like.

New wight and also a link to exercises online

Spark People exercise videos  This link was sent to me via email and it looks promisingly helpful.

Here are the measurements, from the GNC scale, for the last three weigh-ins:

On June 12th
Weight: 284.1
Height: 5'6.1"
B.M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass: 120.1

On June 27th
Weight: 283.7
Height: 5'6.1"
B .M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass 119.2

July 10, 2012
Weight: 279.5
Height: 5'6.1"
B .M.I. 45
Body Fat Mass 117.5

And, here is the one from yesterday:
Weight: 278.6
Height: 5'5.6"
B.M.I. 45
Body Fat Percentage: 43%
Body Fat Mass: 119.4 lbs

This makes no sense to me that I lost weight and yet I have a larger body fat mass. Unless, it counts things like being bloated up with water as fat mass? In which case, it may be that I lost more fat and just gained some water. Not sure!

It's almost a pound of weight loss.  - 0.1 less than a lb.  Sounds none to good, eh? Well, I drank a lot of beer and ate a lot of candy during those two weeks. Not proud of it, but, I did it. Oh, also, a lot of fast food and some cheese! So, I wasn't expecting to have lost anything, really and that makes the almost 1 lb very, very welcome.

Last night, I did some exercise on my sister's elliptical machine, while taking her dogs out. More than I usually do, that is. Often, I play around on it a bit. Last night, I sang and went pretty fast for however long and felt that urge to quit and get off, but, I started up again and kept going for a wee while longer; did that a few times, until I actually started feeling out of breath and my heart was racing.

Then, I went back in and petted the puppies silly, whilst we watched some more Biggest Loser.

I have been waffling an awful lot ...

... on the actual plan for my Fat Girl Refrigerator Mambo health gain regimne and how much I even want there to be a plan.

The thing is, I am prone to developing allergies, so, it is best if I alternate foods, instead of having the same grain, nut, or whatever several days in a row. But, that also makes spices and vegetables far more complicated. Especially as I fancy no day that doesn't involve garlic or onion in it, and I would far prefer both to neither.

However, I could, to counteract that problem, simply do the two- day alternating plan. Which is basically,  that every other day, I would only use certain ingredients, including spices, for every meal and go out of my way to make sure I didn't use any of them on the other days.

Part of the two-day alternate plan is that every other day would be an intensely low-calorie day, too; so, very little oil, nothing fried ever,  mostly nothing but vegetables and unsweetened tea and maybe fish or chicken. Then, on the other days, one can have all the lovely things, like barbecued things and chicken and honey glazed whatever; but, carbs should still be limited to not after 4 pm and everything should be kept in reasonable proportions and vegetables should still be emphasized. Then, of course, you have one day a week when you may, if you so wish, eat and drink mostly whatever you please.

Well, not your family members or neighbours, or that sort of thing. Cannibalism is still strictly frowned upon! So is eating people's pets! However, if you wanted to go to a buffet and eat fried chicken, drink sweet, syrupy sodas, snack on their desserts and generally go a little crazy; or have pizza; or have a barbecue and eat three barbecued hot dogs, wrapped in bacon, with their buns, you could. Doesn't mean you should or that you have to, but, you could!

I think I will go that way. It would make it a lot easier to avoid eating the same foods too often; and, I could make sure the "pig out" day is one of the already higher calorie days.

Understand, most of the higher calorie days would still fall within a modest range, in general. These are not fast food days, or See's Candy days. These are having Tequila Lime Chicken Wings and a couple of jalapeno poppers along with a good amount of veggies, a 1/2 cup of rice and an apple for lunch days.

For instance!

In other words, higher calorie than the day before, but, perfectly reasonable for a person to eat, proportionately and without counting calories.  Emphasis still on veggies and good health, and moderation throughout the day.

I keep going over this, because, it is so easy to misunderstand and get sucked into going to far in one direction or the other. It is not the "pig out" time, so,  there still needs to be a watching of proportions and it is not okay to eat just anything. Like, one would not choose to eat a chocolate cake, on this day; one should not choose to choose to eat an entire chocolate cake on any day; but, if one did it on the "pig out" day, it would be kind of gross, but, not strictly forbidden.

It's more like, well, a lot of diet plans say "For the first  x-amount of weeks, you must never eat...." with a list of foods to follow. Or, "You must now cut out white sugar for the rest of your life."  Well, bite me, I say to most diet plans.

What if I want a chocolate chip cookie? Just one? Or, a dinner roll with a pat of butter? Or, a 12-0z soda? Or, a beer with my lunch? Don't many people have these things? Are they not normal and, when not taken to excess, capable of being part of a healthy lifestyle?  Yes! That is what they are.

What if I want a slice of bacon with my morning eggs? Or, to make a BLT? Is bread inherently evil? Mayonnaise? Tomato? Lettuce? I shall not ask about bacon, because, then, we get into religious discussions and talk of meat being murder, and I'm not interested! To me, eating bacon is not inherently evil. If it is to you, then, don't eat it!

So, to try again to emphasize the difference between a "pig out" day and an alternate/higher calorie day, let's stack the three kind of days, side by side, for breakfast:

Very low calorie day       Higher Calorie day        Pig out day
1 serving oatmeal            2 eggs/ 1 slice bacon      24 oz  French Vanilla
2 tbsp  seed meal             1 small pancake             coffee; 1 apple crumb donut
1 serving nut milk            Pat of butter                    Egg McMuffin
1 tsp maple syrup           Hash browns
                                         8 oz coffee w/
                                          nut milk, to taste
                                        1 piece of fruit

Again: You do not HAVE to eat like that on the one day you are allowed to. You can choose to, instead, eat mostly exactly the same every day: lots of veggies, a little fruit, some grains, some meat; but, maybe have less meat on the lower calorie days, more meat on the higher calorie days and on the pig out day you might choose to simply have a candy bar, slice of cake, a milkshake or some other special treat. I am only emphasizing the differences of the days, with high contrast. These are not days that are an actual part of the plan!

The point is, you can go that far, on the various days; but, it is wiser not to. One should still act prudently, toward one's health. The permission to pig out is not meant to make you feel that you should be gluttonous, but, to help you through the other days, for you know that when that day rolls around, then what you have been craving can be yours, if you choose to give in. And, it should be a higher calorie day than the rest!

But, the rest are, say  1,000 colories alternated with 1,500 calories, or thereabouts. So, if you were having 2,000 or 2,500 calories, you'd already be much higher. So, you know, don't be gross, just be happy and allow yourself to taste things you enjoy tasting!

A Question of Balance

Section Two provides a snapshot of your current mind body state. The mind body principle that scores the highest number of points in each section, is the one requiring the most attention at this time.

Invoke Your Inner Pharmacy

The first step in regaining balance is to recognize that the environment around you has a profound influence on how you feel. Paying conscious attention to what you hear, touch, see, taste and smell can help create peace, balance and vitality in your mind and body. A harmonized daily routine that engages the five senses with nourishing impressions is one of the most important steps towards achieving Perfect Health.

Accumulated Kapha

Out of balance Kapha leads to heaviness, sluggishness and congestion. Stimulation and movement help overcome the resistance of accumulated Kapha. Think activation and invigoration. Here are some tips to maximize balance and well-being:

Body
  • Take a yoga class to connect to your body and invoke your natural energy
  • Perform a vigorous daily self massage with Invigorating herbalized oil
  • Take deep breaths throughout the day
  • Favor spicy foods with a predominance of pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes
  • Walk 5-15 minutes after eating to aid digestion
  • Drink Invigorating Tea
  • Put your full attention on your meals when eating
Mind
  • Meditate twice a day to clear the mind and rejuvenate the body
  • Wear invigorating fragrances
  • Listen to up-beat sounds to invoke your natural energy
  • Organize the clutter in your environment – your outer world reflects your inner world
  • Awaken at sunrise and create an invigorating morning routine
  • Diffuse invigorating fragrances into your environment
  • Favor bright, strong, bold colors with vivid shapes and designs
  • Look for opportunities to be more spontaneous
  • Embrace uncertainty

For those who can afford supplements:

This is supposed to work very well, according to the magazine I read it in:

Take these three supplements before breakfast, lunch and diner:
Alpha lipoic acid  100- 300 mg
Green Tea flavonols  325 mg
Garlic extract  200 mg

Take these supplements before bed:
Policosanol  20- 25 mg
Alpha lipoic acid 100 -200 mg
Garlic extract  200 mg

To prevent plateus, take one day off from supplements every week, and one week off every two months.

If you want to take less pills, there is an all in one for $60 per month at PAGGsupplement.com

Suggestions, ideas, hints and tips

These are things I have read in various magazines and such. They are not necessarily my suggestions to you , r am I saying don't do them. Just copying, for my own amusement, really; but, if the information helps you, great! I'll try to get the broad categories, at least, in alphabetical order.

BEANS:
1 cup of beans per day helps decrease your risk of heart disease, infections and respiratory disease. Pinto and baked (navy) beans allegedly make you less gassy than other beans.

FISH
Wild caught oily fish, such as salmon and tuna, is chock full of Omega-3 fatty acids. This helps prevent the pain of arthritis by protecting cartilage and collagen, at least in theory.

OILS
Safflower oil, used in oil puling, can not only remove bacteria from your body but may help you get a good night's sleep. Safflower oil, taken in 2 tbsp doses per day, can help you lose weight, especially on the belly. For maximum effect, take 1 tbsp before lunch and 1 tbsp before dinner. Or, you know, use it in lunch and dinner! It can raise your good cholesterol, lower inflammation, and help level out your blood sugar.

SEEDS
The Omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseed protects cartilage and collagen, thereby helping prevent them from wearing down. This means, in theory, less pain from arthritis.

TEA
Green tea allegedly brings down cholesterol, but, they are talking about4 cups per day or the equivalent in supplement form. I could drink 4 cups of green tea per day, on some days. Every day? No thank you! Green tea allegedly kills flu germs. Green tea may boost metabolism by 4 percent. This tea appears to actually cause fat cells to disintegrate.

Yesterday...

... all my troubles seemed so far away ....

Not really!

Yesterday, for dinner, I had pepperoni pizza, scant on pepperoni, heavy on cheese, and not just a little bit. Four slices, one of them rather big, of glorious cheese-laden yumminess.

I will suffer for it - can feel it starting already- but, I knew that going in and felt it worth the trouble. The pizza was $7 plus tax and it was well worth the money ad pain combined.

Plus that was after having the same breakfast and lunch, of salad with garlic in it. I was feeling incredibly out of sorts and prone to making rash decisions to eat pizza.. We weren't going to eat pizza, though. We were going to have hamburgers, but, the pizza was on sale and we were poor.

If I could eat pizza, as a full time thing, I'd go buy one when it was on sale, like that, or maybe even just the $10 Mama Mia, and eat a slice with some lovely salad alongside it. But, that is not my lot in life and so this was not that sort of pizza. This was an illicit joy pizza and so it was eaten illicitly and jjoyfully.

Perhaps you think I should feel guilt. Well, I do not. I feel like a person who made an informed decision and, while it was maybe not the best decision in some respects, it was made of my own free will, understanding that there would be possible painful repercussions. I'd feel guilty if I gave into temptation of the moment, perhaps; but, there is no guilt over an informed decision of this nature.

Not even sure it would be guilt I'd feel in the other circumstance. Maybe more disgusted with my own weakness. Is that a form of guilt? Maybe!

At any rate, if I was one of those people who secretly pulled into a drive thru or three, and gobbled down the food quickly so as not to get caught, then hid the evidence, I'd feel guilty.

I almost had one of those moments, the other day, for I really wanted something, like maybe a cupcake, and I was filled with unholy lust for one. Then, I went into a store to get a drink. I found myself in the bakery section, contemplating the cakes and I almost-seriously considered buying a piece and eating it before leaving the store with the drink. It would have been a quick and primarily unenjoyable gobble, too.

It was not because I was ashamed of wanting a piece of cake, though. It was that I was with my sister, and she is one of those "We can only have something yummy once a month or every two weeks" kind of people. This leads to binging and secret forays into bakery aisles! She would have looked at me with disgust, accused me of leading her astray, demanded I share with her, and generally nagged me into a coma over it.

Sometimes, reality has to assert itself. It is just a piece of cake. A ... PIECE ... of cake is not bad. It is when one eats a huge piece, every day, or several times a day, or one has some health issue where one should not eat cake, or one eats half of or a whole cake, that the trouble starts. Or, when one becomes sneaky.

When the cravings come upon  you, it is best to stop and force yourself to do a little rational thinking. And, to ask yourself questions such as:

1) Have I had too much (junk food, calories, sugar, caffeine, spending) already?
2) Is there an alternative that will satisfy?

For instance, yesterday, I really wanted something with sugar. Well, I ended up eating two Ice Breakers, instead of higher calorie, more expensive candy.

3) How much will it take to satisfy me?

Seriously, I know that there are times when it seems like you need the whole cake, pizza, pan of lasagna, or whatever; and, sometimes, you do need a lot of something, but, mostly, you don't need a lot of whatever it is that is driving you mad.

Yes, I realize I am saying that after eating four slices of pizza. I have my reasons, and they mostly go like this "The pizza will make me suffer , whether I eat one piece or more than one piece, so I may as well get maximum enjoyment out of it, for I shall not pass this way again, soon."  I even put Parmesan cheese on the pizza, and red pepper flakes, too. Mmmm!

The last time I ate pizza, though, was several months ago; and, the time before that was also several months before that.Usually, I don't have pizza even once a year. I'm not worried about my pizza intake, just now!

After you ask yourself these questions, I want you to really consider such things as if you have eaten anything nutritious yet, what you can eat or drink that is very healthy for you before you indulge in your obsession, and if there is any way to share it with anyone so that you can have a good taste of what you need and then get it gone.

This last part is very important and it is something that many thin people do. They also do something else which is much more wasteful and much less charitable, but, it is a perfectly valid survival technique and I guess it helps the homeless, so. ..

If you can, without feeling guilty for doing harm, take your treat and share it with a reasonable amount of people. For instance, say me and my sister went and bought a dozen cookies. It would be unreasonable for us each to eat six of them in one go and she is not the sort of person who can save cookies for long, so we could not each have just one or two, every day, until gone,

However, I do have my son living with me and she does have her son, his girlfriend and his girlfriend's son living right nearby. That makes six people! Each person could have two cookies and that would be a reasonable amount. Thus would we get what we crave, without that dreadful "must finish the package" feeling holding sway.

So, don't deny yourself all pleasures, is my point. Find a way to control them! Buy a smaller package of whatever it is, eat some veggies and/or protein before sweets, bite into a pickle or some olives and see if that helps the cravings go away, drink water, take a sip of coffee or tea if your energy feels low, buy a piece of fruit if that will satisfy you instead,

Once you have it, if it is big, find a way to share it; or, if you can control yourself this way, put most of it up to indulge in later.

I tend to buy big chocolate bars and put them in the freezer, then break off a piece every now and again. It works wonderfully, so long as I can keep other people from stealing it.

Eat it slowly, taking time to smell the aroma and enjoy the sight of it. This is your craving, your desire being fulfilled. Cherish it. Take your time. When you bite, bite slowly, and really allow the flavor to play on your tongue. Chew thoroughly and swallow reluctantly, . Wait between bites, giving yourself time to savor the aftertaste, to again enjoy the aroma.

And, if you feel satisfied, if you know that this is enough for now, stop. Don't finish the package or plate. Do what you need to do, whether it is sharing or hiding it away in the freezer for next time, or doing that most dreadful thing that skinny people do.

They actually do things like buy a candy bar, slice of pizza, hamburger, or whatever it is they are craving and then they bite into it and take their pleasure and then, in a most wasteful manner, throw the rest away.

I used to be extremely disgusted and irritated by this behavior, as it is so very wasteful. However, now I also see it as a survival technique. It is how they stay skinny. It is a discipline. If they want more candy later, they must buy another bar, and go through this all over again. They cannot finish a full candy bar, at a time. It works!

And, as I said, which I did not think about when younger: It probably helps out the homeless. I mean, if you were so bad off that you had to dig through the trash for food, wouldn't you be pleasantly surprised to find an almost full Snickers bar? Think about it!

However, I think in such cases, it is best to seek out an actual homeless person and ascertain if they would like the candy, hamburger, or whatever it is, and give it to them directly, if the answer is yes. It lends you both a little more dignity!

Now, I have not done measurements and I do not expect to, just now; but, I dd weigh yesterday and I do have my results from the time before that, too, so I shall share them with you.

On June 12th

Weight: 284.1
Height: 5'6.1"
B.M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass: 120.1

On June 27th

Weight: 283.7
Height: 5'6.1"

B .M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass 119.2

This is with drinking beer, eating cake, almost no exercise, lots of stress, and infernal amounts of heat, plus being bloated up and fairly unable to pee. So, I am not displeased.

Today, I have moved a couch, attempted to clean a bathroom floor, and arranged shelves in the kitchen in a way that will, hopefully, make it easier to get the canned goods, etc. arranged, as well.

In other words, I have made a good start on cleaning and getting ready to be able to exercise and eat healthy. For it is awfully hard to eat healthy and exercise, when one cannot find the pans or the floor space in which to do it.

Today, I am having ...

for breakfast: a large handful of spinach, with a little yellow and red bell pepper, zucchini slices, roma tomato chunks, a very wee little bit of smoked sausage, with a smattering of minced garlic, drizzled grapeseed oil and lime juice for dressing. Oh, and some Hint of Lime tortilla chips, but, just a wee bit.

Today

I got a little written on a Foreword and on the rules and steps. Hopefully, more will be forthcoming, tomorrow.

My arm, especially my shoulder, is hurting quite bad. It is the tendons.

Been away at my sister's ...

My computer was fried; but, no, in case you were going to ask, I did not take a bite out of it, mistaking it for a retro McD's pie.

For some reason, it is back to logging on to the internet, in a seemingly normal fashion, even though it wouldn't consider staying connected the other day.

While I was at my sister's, we watched The Biggest Loser and something a woman said, on there, struck me. She said her and her daughter were always planning on starting a new diet or somesuch and they would say "On Monday." but, that Monday never came.

It made me feel a bit guilty. I mean, I keep putting things off, until I have the perfect eating and exercise plan in place, but, all I am doing is wasting time and making excuses, really.

In fact, my advise to you would be not to wait, but, to make a small change, take a small step, and begin the movement of the dance. So, it is advice I should darn well take, myself.

As is evidenced by the broken microwave plate, things are not going to get any better for me. That is, there will not be a perfect time to start. So, I had better shore things up as best as I can, pick something to do, and begin.

Grocery Shopping II: The Why of it all

.. or, all of it that I can remember, anyway:

Grapeseed oil - I don't remember why this seemed like a good idea, besides it being on sale. I mean, I did read good things about it, before, but, a long time ago.
"The linoleic acid in grape seed oil can reduce complications from diabetes when added to the diet." So, there is a bit of benefit to it, at least.

Tends to go bad, easier than many oils, so, should be kept refrigerated. Probably won't be buying this again, but, one never knows. Sometimes it is good to have an extra bit of variety.

Potatoes - Forgot to mention them, but, I did buy them, as well. I wasn't going to, was going to quit them mostly altogether, but, I read that they are a rich source of magnesium and I need magnesium.

1 large white potato (3" - 4-1/2" in diameter) yields approximately:
281 calories; 6.3 g of protein; 29.9 IU of Vitamin A; 37.7 mg of Vitamin C; 29.9 mg of Calcium; 80.7 mg of magnesium; 1626 mg of potassium; and is of course, extremely low fat.

Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup yields approximately: manganese

Cous Cous - This is so wonderfully easy to cook!

Kamut - Forgot to mention this as well, but, I did get some! Why? Uhm.. it's another thing I remember reading something good about and so I decided to try it.

Grocery Shopping

Today, went to two different stores ,the of the usual variety, and spent almost all the rest of my budget for the next 20 days. Got my son some Dr. Pepper's, in cans, and even bought myself some bottles of diet soda, with the intention of making them last a while; but, mostly, I got the sort of things I should get.

Whole grain bread, turkey lunch meat (bought 4 pkgs because it was on sale), orange juice (3 gallons but gave one to my sister for taking me grocery shopping and one will mostly be drunk by my son, so that, maybe, I'll get some of the third one), grapefruit, apples, corn tortillas from one store.

From the other store, I got chia seeds (will need a grinder for them), raw and roasted pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, ground flax meal, winter wheat berries, millet, cous cous and raw cashews. I think that was it, anyway.

Still have a lot of canned veggies to eat and the place is still a rotten mess, but, I am hoping to get it sorted well enough to get a proper start on things in the next week or so.

When I was out at Mom and Dad's, I also bought some fruit juices of the more exotic types (though I can't remember just which kinds, now), grapeseed oil and more safflower oil.

Now, why did I get these things? Let's explore a bit!

Lots of fat girl photos

I believe they are all from this morning and afternoon - 6/11/2012 - and, if not, they are all from this week, anyway.

These photos are intended as proof of fatness for the sake of showing how I managed to lose weight, later. You do not have permission to reproduce them, unless I have put them in a book and you are my publisher and you have a contract signed by me that proves it.
