Which is probably just as well, as my stereo died and I've been feeling ill, so I have not been getting in even as much exercise as I had been doing.
But, this is the week that I am going to start, again, with the apple cider vinegar water, and lots of veggies, and the oils. Also, i shall start walking. They will be very short walks, to start, but, three of them a day. That'll help get me more Vitamin D, burn calories, and be entertained.
I wrote so much else, here, a wee bit ago. Unfortunately, the computer froze up and I lost it all, and I no longer have the energy to write it. So, suffice it to say, that blah blah blah, I have a plan, spices ahoy!, move for 30 minutes a day, and maybe I'll try again, later!
