Another time of me losing actual weight, but, apparently gaining fat. I think it really is all about the bloat, as I have been extremely bloated. But, I also have not gotten in as much exercise because I've been so tired.
Only, tonight, while my sister was driving my son to the store, I did 50 step-ups on the porch (left foot up, right foot up, left foot down, right foot down counts as one) leading with the left foot and then 50 leading with the right foot. I found that switching legs was important, as when I led with the left foot, it gave more of a workout to my right calf muscle and to my left thigh, and vice versa.
Regardless of whether it is just bloat or whether I really have lost muscle mass, I am going to nip this trend in the bud.
Also, it is time to really start with at least 30 minutes of exercise per day and doing the alternate day eating plan. More on that tomorrow!
