New wight and also a link to exercises online

Here are the measurements, from the GNC scale, for the last three weigh-ins:

On June 12th                              
Weight: 284.1
Height: 5'6.1"
B.M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass: 120.1

On June 27th                           
Weight: 283.7
Height: 5'6.1"
B .M.I. 46
Body Fat Mass 119.2

July 10, 2012
Weight: 279.5
Height: 5'6.1"
B .M.I. 45
Body Fat Mass 117.5

And, here is the one from yesterday:
Weight: 278.6
Height: 5'5.6"
B.M.I. 45
Body Fat Percentage: 43%
Body Fat Mass: 119.4 lbs

This makes no sense to me that I lost weight and yet I have a larger body fat mass. Unless, it counts things like being bloated up with water as fat mass? In which case, it may be that I lost more fat and just gained some water. Not sure!

It's almost a pound of weight loss.  - 0.1 less than a lb.  Sounds none to good, eh? Well, I drank a lot of beer and ate a lot of candy during those two weeks. Not proud of it, but, I did it. Oh, also, a lot of fast food and some cheese! So, I wasn't expecting to have lost anything, really and that makes the almost 1 lb very, very welcome.

Last night, I did some exercise on my sister's elliptical machine, while taking her dogs out. More than I usually do, that is. Often, I play around on it a bit. Last night, I sang and went pretty fast for however long and felt that urge to quit and get off, but, I started up again and kept going for a wee while longer; did that a few times, until I actually started feeling out of breath and my heart was racing.

Then, I went back in and petted the puppies silly, whilst we watched some more Biggest Loser.
