Kitty is sleeping

Fortunately, kitty is not sleeping on me. Kitty has clingy habits, that he must be broken of, if he will be coming around. I think we are getting there, though.
Finished my acv water, and it is only 3:10 pm. So, I shall make another one. No idea what I shall have for dinner. After breakfast, which took a very long time to finish eating, I had these 4 pieces of ... uhm .. Rugalach? Rugelach? That's right! I'm too lazy to go find the container and see what it says.     Anyway, traditionally Jewish dessert, tasty, and apparently even tastier when frozen for most of a month!
I had bought it at the Sunflower Market, when I bought my veggies around the 10th of last month, and here I am just finishing it. The pieces were not very big, by the way. Two would have been a sounder choice, but, I decided to eat the four of them and not make myself anything else for lunch, which was also a sound choice, as I have much work to do.
And, no, I will tell you, just as if it is any of your business, I am not traditionally Jewish. I am also not traditionally Indian, but, I got to their restaurants. Strange, huh? Pfft! Get over it.
Anyway, no idea what I shall have for dinner, tonight. I keep thinking about walking up to the Circle K, but, I'm not sure I have it in me, just now, and I'm not sure they'd have anything I want, if I made it that far.
Maybe a can of chicken noodle soup with added veggies and spice. Maybe.

It is now 7:08 pm and the kitty is gone, at least for now. It may return. I put it outside while I finished making dinner.

Earlier, I tried to take a nap, started sort of half dreaming half worrying about organization of things and what to get rid of, and it occurred to me that I could make sloppy joe's as I have real ground beef, right now, and I have some cans of Manwich.

I am definitely not plugging Manwich to help them out or whatever. Just so happens, that is what I had. It was on sale, once and someone told me they loved it, then never ate it, then moved out. Typical!

Anyway, I was going to make sloppy joe's, but, instead, ending up putting a frozen square of ground beef (I had parceled it into freezer bags and flattened it, but, let's not get hung up on the exactness of the shape description, shall we?), two cans of Manwich, garlic powder, a can of diced tomatoes, some Italian seasoning, a splash of white wine vinegar, some chopped frozen onions and spinach, all into a white ceramic casserole dish and cooking it for hours in the oven, while I did some work.

When it was time to cook the noodles, as I had decided that I'd rather have noodles than bread, I put the kitty out, because I have no litter box and I wish to have no litter floor.

Why don't I have a litter box? It's not my cat! It just comes here for food and affection. I think someone dumped it, because, at first it looked really well cared for and now it looks a little closer to mangy.

Anyway, so, now, here I am, with a bowl of garlic-parsley noodles, which I got from the Sunflower Market and which claim to be homemade, and some of that weird oven-baked meat mixture on top. It's like a cloyingly sweet spaghetti sauce. Thanks, Manwich!
