Thank you, Jehovah!
Not sure if I mentioned it, last night, but, I had pizza last night. Even though it is making me feel a little logy and achy, it is doing nothing compared to what bad things it would normally do to me!
Today, for breakfast, I had the rest of my oatmeal that was left over from the other morning, along with a few generous spoonfuls of crushed pineapple, and, eventually, a little green apple and two wee little clementine oranges.
The acv water was made with 4 tsps. I have not been drinking it as fast as I had been doing, but, it is still likely to be all gone before I retire for the evening.
When I did the oil pulling, this morning, I actually did go and lay down for a bit. Laying down is a good way to do it, as then you get more of your back teeth and that whole area involved. Don't think I did it for near 20 minutes, but, I did it long enough to definitely pull some bacteria out.
For lunch, I had a smaller version of my sandwich, with the cucumber slices, from the other day.
Also don't remember if I mentioned this, but, I put on a newly washed pair of pants, the other day, so I know they were not being worn for a second day since being washed and so loosened up by the prior wearing, and, they were, indeed, a little loose on me. Not falling off loose, by any means, but, definitely and distinctly loose!
I can feel it, in my belly, that things are more jiggly because my entire belly is less solid than it was, and I'm starting to notice it around my jawline and around the backs of my arms, too.
Did a wee bit of marching in place, today, while singing to myself. It was fun!
Last night was fun, too, in that we had pizza by going to an actual restaurant. I have very little interaction with other people, besides my family and not so much with most of them, even. So, being able to sit somewhere fairly comfortable and different, watching the people go by and talking a bit to the waitress, that's a very nice treat!
Oh, and I did a wee tiny bit of housework, today, in that I finally moved some tool boxes from off the floor, where they were annoying me, and into the kitchen cabinets where I have decided such things will go. At least, they will go there, until I have more storage and/or get the wiring fixed so that the electrical outlets work in that area.
The area is really ideal for keeping things like the toaster, blender, mixer, maybe a coffee maker if I had one still, and all the weird little gadgets and goodies that go with them, except that the plug-ins don't work, so there is no point to it.
For those who are wondering, no, the kitty did not come back. I put it outside, when I left with my sister, and I think I heard it meow once, last night, but, if so, it was very quiet. Could have been some other noise, altogether. At any rate, I only heard it the once and I did go check at the door, a wee taddles later, but, he wasn't there. Nor was he here this morning.
I hope he's all right!
