Woot woot

I can definitely see little indents, in the belly area of my belly, that were not there when I started. All over my body, I can see or feel little changes.

It is sort of the equivalent of walking around in wintertime and thinking "Is that ice melting?", but, not really being sure and then, suddenly, seeing a little streaming hollow, where, yes, the ice has definitely melted and water is running underneath.

If you live in the desert, or other warm place, where you have never seen such things, I cannot help you with bettering your understanding of my analogy; for I do not know what the equivalent feeling would be.

Last night, for dinner, we had a chicken stew that my sister made, which consisted of a chunk of chicken, mushrooms, some veggies, turkey gravy, some garlic and some sage. She put way too much sage in it, but, it was still good, and I am pretty sure that sage is good for detoxification.  Let's see!

Well, according to this site: http://www.naturalnews.com/027520_sage_herb.html
sage has a lot of benefits, including being antimicrobial. So, that definitely counts as being good for detoxification. Good job me!

What I knew, for sure, is that after we ate that stew, we both started having gas and needing to go to the bathroom for various reasons you do not really want to know about. Suffice it to say: Detoxification, Ahoy!

Yes, really! Those are good things, not bad ones. I know that many women are afraid of their own bowel movements. Get over it! It is important to have them, and, it is important to have them more often than what they now teach is normal frequency in the public school system, per what my children have told me.

It doesn't mean there is something wrong with you, if you need to go  two or three times a day. It means, in fact, that something is probably right with you, so long as it is not diarrhea.

Remember, whatever is not coming out of you, is just staying in. Where would you rather it be? In you or down the toilet? I thought so!

Just don't go crazy and start doing daily enemas or otherwise trying to purge yourself in some violent manner. Eat right and let things progress naturally.

Anyway ...

I would like to take a photo to show you my indents, but, I don't know where the lead for my camera is. I'd like to go and weigh myself, but, it hasn't been two weeks, or even 13 days, yet.

Instead, I am making a list on You Tube, slowly, that will be good to dance to. So far, I have the two songs I mentioned, yesterday; a couple of belly dancing songs; and two Billy Idol songs: Mony, Mony and Dancing with Myself.

This morning, for breakfast, I have three wee oranges, one red apple, some dried cereal and some trail mix. Oh, how novel! Well, it is something that is easy to do, tasty, and which makes me happy. Besides which, I need to wash dishes, again.
