.. I have cut it down to 2 tbsp in the bottle, approximately. I think drinking the 4 tbsp. is affecting my digestion too much, by slowing it down to the point where I feel bloated and stuffy all the time.
Of course, I am not sure of this, as I feel bloated and stuffy, and there could be many reasons for that.
So far, today, I had an apple and three buffalo ranch tortilla chips, and most of a small piece of chocolate that my son bit into and re-discovered his dislike of, and the three pop-tarts I did not eat several days ago.
Last night, I finished up the valentine's day candy that my sister bought, but, she ate approximately half of what was left,
Right now, my main concern is that I need to do something for my sinuses! They are obviously infected. I've taken allergy medicine and it has not helped any. I don't know if that means it's not due to allergies, or if this is just really bad allergy medicine, though.
................
For lunch/dinner, went to the Super China Buffet. It's a very okay'ish sort of restaurant. Which means, the food is good enough and sometimes actually quite nice, the price is reasonable enough, and its a buffet, so one can pick and choose. I did have a good bit of vegetation and I did not have hot and sour soup, as much as I do so love it, due to the chunks of soy floating about in most, if not all, recipes.
Dad showed up and we went over to look at the house of the artist, then to the Tucson Mall, where I walked around a wee bit.
Came home, finished my acv water and drank some sparkling soda water. Not as good as real water, because it has soda in it, but, better than diet soda (which I did have with lunch) because it has no artificial sweetener.
As a snack, I drink more sparkling soda water and eat a few of four different flavor of chips, have three lemon cookies and three chocolate drops. At least, I think I selected three of each! And, no, not all at once. They are beside me and I eat them at my leisure.
