Another lovely day of apple munching
Actually, I am having one apple for breakfast, along with three wee oranges, some of a 4-tbp strong bottle of acv water, dried cereal and usual culprits that come in trail mix.
I think I may have lost more weight. There is some weird shape changes going on with my belly and my thighs. Some sort of subtle difference in hang, some possible indents that it is hard to measure the reality of.
I was going to go back to 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in water, today, because it is just too strong at 4 tbsp. I don't enjoy it, and that makes it harder to drink it. However, I will never get used to it and learn to enjoy it, if I don't keep at it, and, I can always add a little water, after I first drink some of the stronger solution; just so long as, by the end of the day, I have finished all 4 tbsp.
So, here is a goal for today. I need to look up some good recipes, for inspiration if not actual use, which utilize in season vegetables and fruit, so that I can make a proper shopping list and all and have a decent variety of things. Obviously, price will be a consideration, as well.
I won't be able to go shopping until at least the 10th, but, that gives me time to decide what I want to eat.
Last night, I used the rest of the pork from Pappy's Diner in a meal; though I am pretty sure someone ate a bunch of it when it was unguarded in the kitchen as there was not near as much left as there should have been.
That's all I am saying about it, because, you, binger of porkish delights, know who you are.
Anyway, the dish consisted of putting some rice and water in a bowl, in proper measurement; adding in already defrosted, but, previously frozen, mixed vegetables; tossing in a can of diced tomatoes; spicing it all up with curry, garlic, cinnamon, lemon pepper and rosemary and then cooking it in the microwave for a good long time. Then, putting in the rest of the barbecued pork, stirring it in, and cooking it some more.
It was really quite tasty. Didn't put in as much spices as I usually do, and, it turned out to have a more subtle, but, delightful flavor.
Woot woot! Did some dancing to two different songs, most of the way through. I can't claim it was dancing that should be allowed out in public, but, it was dancing ,and it was exercise, so probably made me healthier and it made me happier. so: CHECK! I got it on all important points.
The songs were 'A Song To Slit Your Wrist By' and "I bet you look good on the dance floor"". Very good songs for dancing. The one listed most latterly was the best one for dancing to, though.
