As previously mentioned, I am worried about allergies. When I find something that works for me, especially, I don't want to take a chance on it becoming something that my body turns against me, due to prolonged exposure. So, I am not using apple cider vinegar, today.
I had intended to eat this one chicken soup I had made, which I had taken out of the freezer, but, that has apple cider vinegar in it, so I will eat other things, today, and, perhaps, eat it, tomorrow.
This morning I am having a cup of hot water with lemon, and a shrimp cup o' noodles with powdered cumin and garlic, plus lemon juice, and, of course, water. I did not measure out the spices.
Hmm .. I ate the lemon slice, not including the seeds but including the rind, after I finished the water. It really leaves an impression on one's tongue. Yes, I know "Pesticides!" Well, buy organic lemons, then, and see how you do. I am pretty sure anything that has gotten into the rind of the lemon, so that it can't be washed off with a surface level bath, has infected the rest of the lemon, too. I have yet to die from eating apple peels and citrus rinds.
In a desire to show you just what some of the frustrations of being me are, I measured my own waist this morning. 48" Why is it 48"? Because, now that it knows this is not one of my normal days for measuring and weighing, it has decided to drop by a couple of inches, back to what it was about two days before I measured it, last, officially!
I would be mad at it, but, see, it has been sneaky, and gotten smaller than it was the time before last, when I measured it officially, so what am I going to do? Fill it with doughnuts in punishment? I think not! I may force it to do sit-ups, later, though. Hahaha! Take that, waistline!
