I woke up feeling all swollen, and last night I was cramping up like I had just been at a cheese festival.
Anyway, oranges, dry cereal/trail mix and acv water. Finished the bottle from last night and now I shall move on to the 4 tbsp bottle for today.
I think, considering the extra I bought last month and the amount I have increased it to, I have enough apple cider vinegar to last me through a month. I think!
However, I am thinking that I should switch to three days on it, three days on lemon. In a bid to help prevent allergies, I mean.
