Back to routine

That is 4 tbs acv water, oil pulling; dry cereal, trail mix; orange, apple - maybe two apples. I had put two apples on the couch last night, before I decided to eat the sandwich. Then, I ate one after the sandwich. So, now, I have two, again, since I brought one with the orange. Oh, yes, and, this time, there will be almonds.
I weighed again, yesterday, because we were at the Mall and I was curious and it said 300.2 lbs, 5' 5.6", BMI 49, Body Fat 44 %, Body Fat Mass: 132.4 lbs. So, that's a gain of almost a pound. Yet, when I measured my waist, it had definitely gone back down again. I just don't get it!
I think when I was losing weight before, It was not the apple cider vinegar that was helping me lose weight It was helping me feel better, so I could exercise more, and that was helping me lose weight.
With all the dust in the air, I have been feeling much worse, swelling up, and not exercising as much. Plus, I have found that since I have been buying less candy and soda, my sister has been buying more of it.
Now, this weight gain really could be all water, because I did feel myself swelling up more, as we were leaving. The neighbor was raking the yard and there was dust in the air. But, regardless of the reason, it is true that I really have not been exercising, except for when I go to shop or a little marching in place or dancing when I let my sister's dogs out.
Tired or not, I need to exercise!

Oh, I don;t think I mentioned that, last night, along with the sandwich, and some lovely veggies added, I had some chips. I got two bags of chips for me, large size, which will hopefully last most, if not all, the month. They are both tortilla chips, but, one is Hint of Lime and one is Hint of Jalapeno.  I also bought my son two bags of flavored corn chips, in flavors he prefers, which will, hopefully, keep him out of mine.

I am having another piece of the sandwich, some carrots and celery, and a few of the chips, for lunch and probably dinner as well. I mean, I can't imagine wanting another full meal after this.

I was going to give my son half the sandwich, as it is a very big sandwich, but, he says the bread is too hard for him.

For dinner, I gathered up some slices of cucumber, bean sprouts, a few slices of ham luncheon meat (very thin), and lettuce with a bit of hot sauce, bourbon something or other and peppercorn dressing and mayonnaise. None of them are mixed together, but, all of them could be. They are in the same bowl.  It's actually quite a bit of food, but, most of it is lettuce. Plus, a few Sweet Chili chips and a couple of my flavors of chips, as previously mentioned, but, only, maybe, two of each.
