What a surprise

Usual breakfast, usual acv water.

Looked into some recipes, the other day, but, did not get any firm plans made. For one thing, I thought the sales ads I had were for sales that would go past the 10th, but, I was wrong. It would be nice to know what sort of fruits and veggies are actually going to be on sale!

For lunch, I had an asian meal of honey-lemon glazed chicken, cajun beef (allegedly), a vegetable side dish and a noodle side dish. The beef dish had a lot of veggies, too.

For dinner, I had a McDouble, McChicken and small fry; and, part of a bottle of Arizona Green Tea.

I was definitely ill, today, and feeling very dragged out, tired and nauseous. Starting to wonder if my bottle isn't getting too old and in need of being cleaned, more than it has been cleaned, already. So, that's why I bought another bottle of green tea. Not to mention that if I get me seven bottles, I can fill them all up at once, one day a week, and keep them refrigerated until needed. It would make mornings a wee bit easier!

Oh, my sister bought a bunch of candy from See's Candy, so I had four pieces of candy, plus three halves of some bars of various flavors. Too much candy! It was not as enjoyable as it should be, because, there were too many competing flavors.

Went to the Dollar Tree and whilst there I saw a book called The Hot Latina Diet. Opening it, I saw that there was some talk of using spices and tasty foods, so I bought it, in case it will help inspire me.

As we were at the gas pump, I read enough to see that some of the recipes call for cheese, and that is something I will not be participating in, mostly at all - hopefully not at all - but, nevertheless, it seems like a good bit of something to read.

It said that the Latino Power Foods were tomatillos, avocados, garlic, cinnamon, garbanzo beans, and, uhm .. I forget what else. Anyway, mostly things that I can get behind.  Onion, maybe?  I'll have to read more and get back to you.

Goodnight, darlings!
