Three wee little oranges

and some dried mixed cereal, and some mixed trail mix, plus 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar in water. Everyone look shocked, now!

For lunch, I am going to use most, if not all, of the rest of the eggplant, green pepper and sweet peppers, either with noodles or eggs. I'm leaning toward eggs, just now. That way, I could also use the English muffins. Though, I do have sausage out, and I would like to make spaghetti. Hmm ....

Well, we'll see!

I was going to start cooking the spaghettiums for lunch, but, my sister ate a lot of cereal and did not want to eat again, yet; so, instead, I made me two hamburger patties, well seasoned with Italian seasoning, onion and garlic powder, sea salt and a bit of red pepper flakes, plus black pepper.

It turned out they were on two pieces of bread, one of which was slobbed over with mayonnaise. What was going to happen was that there would be a little bit of mayonnaise on both slices of bread, a wee bit of ketchup on one side, plus some tomato and avocado. My son knocked over the saucer.

Will probably have the spaghetti stuffies for dinner, then.

I cooked the sausage, eggplant, onion stuffies with spices and diced tomatoes, and mushrooms, over rice, for dinner.

Tomorrow, I will chop up the rest of the sausage and cook some noodles for the sauce It will be so yummy! That is, it was so yummy.

Finished my water and started a new bottle, only I did not measure out the apple cider vinegar, but, just poured out what was left in the bottle. Probably about 2 tbsp.

Had, also, a Russel Stover Chocolate Truffle and a  Dark Chocolate Coconut Cream Heart, some Licorice All Sorts and, later, a Pink Lady apple.

It was yummy, to be sure.
