Except that I am having dark chocolate almond milk with it (but, not in it) and I have an apple and a wee orange. I am out of oranges, now. Booh!
Read a good bit of the Hot Latin Diet book, yesterday, and it has some very good information and ideas. In many respects it is what I am trying to do here and what I was planning to write about in the book. So, if you get a chance, I would recommend you read it, as it is rather simple and clear.
Unfortunately, it falls short in the same way that most programs do. There is talk of "may be hard to find, but, can order it online". Which is great for people who can do such things.
Obviously, when I write my book, proper, I shall not be able to make you any guarantees that everything that I buy from the stores I have access to will be available at the stores you have access to. What I can guarantee is that they are things which I will be buying at normal grocery stores, with food stamps.
There will be no special supplements, drinks, etc. that must be purchased with cash, and it will be a cheap but tasty plan, because, I like tasty and cheap is all I can afford. It will be healthy, because, healthy is what I need. And, it will help to lose weight, because I need to lose weight and I am showing you the proof as I go.
One thing that I have learned is that I need someone else to do my measurements. I have trouble hitting the same spot, every time. Though, right now, because I have one hip jambed up to my eyeball, it is very hard to even find a level spot to call my waist and measure.
Still, in the end, it will show that I have lost inches, over time. That's what really counts, is just a show of progress.
For lunch, I had half a Spicy Italian foot long sandwich, from Subway, on 9-Whole Grain Bread, I believe it was called; this included spinach, tomato, jalapenos, and, well, every kind of veggie they had except pickles. It also included a white chocolate macadamia cookie and a diet drink with some lemon-lime sugary drink added. Still haven't finished that drink yet, though.
For dinner, had allegedly half a whole-roasted savory spiced chicken, a few slices of sourdough bread (1 big slice and 3 teeny slices, as it was a round loaf and the end slices started at miniscule); and, along with that, fresh spinach, roma tomato and avocado with Italian vinegraitte dressing. Arizona Green Tea, poured into the bottle with my acv water, completed the picture.
Still have to finish that drink, too; but, I'm getting close.
