Totally ill, today

I woke up feeling so horrible. So, I did some oil pulling, brushed my teeth, and went back to bed.

After I got back up, I made me a broth, mostly from an ayurvedic recipe, of 1/2 tsp each of cumin, curry powder, and olive oil; a tablespoon of lemon juice; 3 cups of water; and 1 clove of garlic. However, because I had not eaten, yet, today, I added in some bok choy leaves and stalk, sweet peppers, green onion, and, eventually, ramen noodles.

I also added in a bit of sea salt, some garlic and onion powder, a tiny bit of ginger, and a little cayenne. Oh, and a smirgle more of lemon juice and a smirtering of apple cider vinegar.

Unfortunately, by the time I got around to eating it, it was cold. I think it will still be helpful, though.

Today, I took a mostly still full bottle of Arizona Green Tea and put the 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar into it, then filled the bottle up with water, the rest of the way. So it is half green tea, half water, approximately, but, maybe a little more tea. Anyway, it tastes so much better than just water.

Of course, it probably also has a lot of sugar in it. Still, I have been thinking, for a while now, that I might should commence with making tea and just putting a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the cup, and seeing how that works out.  I have a lot of tea bags!

Neighbors brought me two wee tacos and some beans. The neighbors can cook! Very tasty tacos. Though, I am afeared there may have been shreds of cheese on them.

Later on, I might end up with some tuna and rice. Might, I say!
