Lunch/dinner

Last night, I cooked two chicken breasts of the boneless, skinless variety.  I ate one of them, shortly thereafter.

Today, for a big ol' lunch that should hold me past all reasonable dinner times - partly because it is filling and a decent sized meal and partly because it is likely to be consumed very slowly- I am having the other chicken breast.

I had used some lemon pepper and a few other things on it, at the time of cooking, though I can tell you that it tasted particularly un-spicy to me.

Today, I added a little more lemon pepper, some red pepper flakes and sea salt; and, what I did was put some cous cous and the proper amount of water in a bowl, through some pickled pepper rings in, layer the chicken breast on top, add in a wee bit of spice, more and then microwave it all into submission.

Oh, and I put in the rest of the can of Great Northern Beans. The chicken noodle soup got spilled twice. I cannot find the mess, but ,I know it is there, somewhere, as the two people who spilled it, once each, were not seen with paper towel or wash cloth, afterward.
